Presentation Kelvin Davidson, CoreLogic New Zealand

Reports of the property market tanking are greatly exaggerated

As a student of the property market with access to CoreLogic’s most powerful in-house data, Kelvin Davidson is in a unique position to speak of the market with confidence and authority. His market commentaries tend to be packed with tidbits of valuable information investors can rely on to make good short- and long-term decisions. This one will be no different.

Kelvin returns to APIA to share his perspective of the New Zealand market in general and the Auckland market in particular. He will talk about the challenges and green shoots he is seeing, recent developments that should cast doubt over the doom-and-gloom predictions, lingering uncertainties and where the best buying opportunities are emerging.

This will be an information- and data-packed presentation. Kelvin’s slides will be made available to all attendees after the event.
