How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information stored in our database. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (such as financial details) will not be stored on our servers. We DO NOT at any time handle any of your financial information; all that information is handled securely by PayPal.

The Auckland Property Investors’ Association is an independent body incorporated under the Incorporated Societies Act.

- The New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation has access to your name and postal address for the purpose of generating and delivering membership cards.
- Opes Media Limited has access to your name and postal address for the purpose of distributing monthly New Zealand Property Investor magazines.
- Bytemedia Limited have limited access to your personal information, if and when absolutely necessary, to provide support for the integrity and development of this website and our CRM.
