Public consultation is open until Friday 10th March.

A higher acceptable contamination level (i.e. 15 micrograms per 100 square centimetres) does not automatically mean the landlord and tenant owe each other no obligation whatsoever when the meth contamination at the property is below this level. Additional insurance, health and common sense de-risking practices should also be considered. Watch the video for more information.
