We see the manner in which property managers will eventually become regulated as hugely consequential not just on property managers but also on landlords and tenants (irrespective of whether they utilise property management services). As such, we strongly urge everyone involved in the rental sector to take part in the consultation survey. The survey clauses 5 pm 19th April.
