Our annual open night is designed to give you the information and support you need to ace property investing in the current market. We are pleased to feature presentations by CoreLogic New Zealand, Tenancy Services and The Tenancy Compliance and Investigations Team and invite investors from all across Auckland to join us.

Presentation by Nick Goodall, CoreLogic Head of Research.

Session topics include:

  • Market update: an overview of major cities and regions including values, rents, mortgage activities, migration and household income;
  • Slowdown or downturn: unpacking current sluggishness + market outlook for the next 12 months;
  • Notable events and developments: what Nick and his team are keeping a particular eye on.
BONUS PRESENTATION: UNPACKING NEW TENANCY RULES + INSIGHT INTO THE TENANCY COMPLIANCE AND INVESTIGATIONS TEAM

Joint presentation by Raymond Suen, Tenancy Services Senior Advisor and Francisco Maiava, Tenancy Compliance and Investigations Team (TCIT) Operations Manager.

Session topics include:

  • Overview of Tenancy Services and TCIT;
  • TCIT compliance approach, investigative framework and tips for landlords under investigation;
  • Good landlord practices and ways to support a positive tenancy relationship; and
  • Where can landlords find help with questions.

Questions for Raymond and Francisco can be submitted to us before Tuesday 3rd August and can include questions about healthy homes standards, other aspects of tenancy law and more insights into TCIT activities.
